How to Get Rid of Bacterial Infections

Human pathogenic bacteria are the sole cause of most of the bacterial infections inflicting humankind. As you may already know, pathogenic bacteria are bacteria that cause bacterial infection. Hence, this article will discuss how bacteria cause disease and how bacterial-infectionto treat it meticulously and religiously using approved and confirmed methods.

Bacterial infection could be classified into different groups by to their respective location on the body. They are:

  1. Bacterial meningitis: An inflammation of the meninges. Meninges are the three membranes (the Dura mater, Arachnoid, and Pia mater) that line the skull and vertebral canal and enclose the brain and spinal cord.
  2. Bacterial Gastroenteritis
  3. Bacterial Vaginosis A.K.A Vaginal Bacterial Infection
  4. Bacterial Pneumonia
  5. Bacterial skin infections: A very popular one is Impetigo which is largely responsible for antibiotic resistance in bacterial population.

Intracellular bacteria are another cause of many bacterial infections today. Intracellular bacteria such as Rickettsia (Typhus in particular) are responsible for Rocky Mountain spotted fever in many people.

Scientist say that Hot-tub (Jacuzzis) users also run the risk of getting bacterial infections.

Let’s now move on to how to get rid of bacterial infection section. Following are tips (or suggestions) that could help in treating and preventing bacterial infections. So without wasting further time, let’s begin.

TIP# 1: Phage Therapy

This therapy could be used to treat certain bacterial infections such as some skin and vaginal infections. There are widespread reports (or you could call it “Widespread Rumours”) that Phage therapy is current fading away due to technological advancement.

TIP# 2: Use of Disinfectants

Disinfectants such as bleach could also be used and are in fact being used to kill bacteria or other pathogens on surfaces in other to reduce the risk of infection and to prevent contamination.

TIP# 3: Cook Properly

Researchers have found that bacteria in food could be killed by cooking to temperature above 73 °C (163°F). Nevertheless, I would not certainly advice that you should over cook your food and lose the desired nutrients.

TIP# 4: Antibiotics

It is no doubt that bacterial infections are cured in high percentage with antibiotics. Antibiotics such as metrodonazole are known to treat or at least reduce the spread of vaginal bacterial infection.

But in recent times, some bacterial infections now resist the drug. Some researchers have suggested that lavender oil may be useful for treating bacterial infections that are resistant to antibiotics.

But that is not the end of the world. I want to share what I found in a discussion board. It is a perfect alternative to Metrodonazole. “So you need good yeast first given as Serrapeptidase medically available as Florestor. Once you do this treatment for 2-3 weeks then use Kefir or buttermilk daily orally to have good bacteria in tummy. Also take garlic Supplements daily.”  – Dr. Michael E. Ein.

TIP# 5: Fever

I know that the above heading might look weird. But the true fact is that fevers seem to play a key role in helping the body throw off bacterial and viral infections. If you want to know more about this please visit the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research. However, I am not saying or insinuating that fever is a GOOD thing. But it is a well known fact that it can help fight bacterial infections.

TIP# 6: Laughter

Scientists at the State University of New York recently revealed their discovery that laughter helps trigger the release of powerful hormones that energize a person’s immune system. One group of hormones, called cytokines, has been found to promote the activity of white blood cells, which are needed to ward off bacterial. So laugh often. It surely helps.

By and large, bacterial infections will come. Yes they will. But if you adhere to your physician’s instructions and that found on this page, you will surely get rid of bacterial infections. Depending on the type of bacterial infection you have, there are Good antibiotics that will help cure them. So keep clean and have a good personal hygiene. You will do just fine and well.
